This is a dedicated ionizer for hoses and pipes that air-transport pellets and powders. It can directly eliminate static electricity from the pellets and powders inside the pipe.
This is a super niche deionizer! There is a process of conveying pellets and powders using air. When pellets or powders are conveyed through hoses or pipes, they collide with each other and rub against the inner walls of the pipes, becoming strongly charged with static electricity. Charged pellets or powders can clump together or stick to the inner walls, causing blockages. Even if you use a deionizer or ionizer to remove static electricity from the outside of the hose or pipe, it is difficult to eliminate the static charge from the materials inside. The EI RIF can be connected between hoses or pipes to emit ions inside, allowing for direct deionization of the pellets or powders. During operation, the discharge needle is protected by shield air. It removes static electricity from the materials being conveyed, solving problems related to static electricity in air transport pipes. *Note: The EI RIF cannot be used for deionizing materials that are explosive, flammable, or contain moisture.
